## Honest Drawbacks
The reservoir is small. You get maybe two or three servings per load. With a group, you'll be reloading every few minutes. It's fine, just not something you want to be surprised by.
Cleanup is easy — the main parts rinse off in under a minute — but there's a narrow channel where ice dust collects. Skip cleaning it once and you'll notice it the next time you use the machine. Call it five minutes of actual maintenance.
